ABOUT THE ROLE

A fast-growing AI search analytics platform for marketing teams is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to play a central role in shaping the product experience. You'll work at the intersection of design, data, and AI — translating complex insights into clean, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces used by thousands of brands and agencies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the development and optimization of web applications, delivering fast, polished, and accessible user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with design, product, and data teams to translate requirements into elegant, functional interfaces.
  • Turn complex AI-driven insights into intuitive and visually compelling UI.
  • Drive frontend performance optimization and profiling to ensure lightning-fast responsiveness at scale.
  • Uphold and improve web accessibility standards across the product (WCAG-compliant UI).
  • Iterate on designs independently when needed, bringing both technical and aesthetic sensibility to the work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Strong computer science fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript and React to build scalable frontend applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui).
  • Proven experience with frontend performance optimization and profiling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of web accessibility principles and WCAG-compliant UI development.
  • A genuine design sense — you can iterate on designs yourself without waiting for specs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across design, product, and data teams.
  • Willingness and availability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany, 5 days per week (this is a firm requirement).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI tooling and integrating AI insights into frontend applications (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Llama).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary range: $75,000 – $120,000 USD annually
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
