Full-Stack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a fast-moving, product-focused engineering team building AI-powered software that automates sales workflows for distributors and manufacturers. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own systems end-to-end — from architecture decisions to production deployment — and play a meaningful role in shaping the technical foundation of a growing B2B AI SaaS platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the architecture and design of AI systems, from initial concept through to production.

• Collaborate across the full stack with a team of engineers to ship high-quality features.

• Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.

• Deploy and manage software in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

• Make the backend scalable, stable, and performant as the product grows.

• Develop reusable components and well-structured API layers.

• Write clean, maintainable code backed by sensible testing strategies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proficiency building end-to-end AI-powered web applications with Next.js/React on the frontend and Python on the backend.

• Strong TypeScript skills in frontend development.

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD practices.

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.

• Experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for processing large-scale unstructured data.

• Proven ability to own architecture and design decisions with clear documentation and code quality standards.

• A product-minded mindset with a track record of shipping complex web applications.

• Hands-on experience with ML/NLP technologies — including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF — and deploying ML components in production is a strong plus.

• Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €90,000 – €200,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany. No remote option is available.
