ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fast-moving, product-focused engineering team building AI-powered software that automates sales workflows for distributors and manufacturers. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own systems end-to-end — from architecture decisions to production deployment — and play a meaningful role in shaping the technical foundation of a growing B2B AI SaaS platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the architecture and design of AI systems, from initial concept through to production.
- Collaborate across the full stack with a team of engineers to ship high-quality features.
- Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.
- Deploy and manage software in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Make the backend scalable, stable, and performant as the product grows.
- Develop reusable components and well-structured API layers.
- Write clean, maintainable code backed by sensible testing strategies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency building end-to-end AI-powered web applications with Next.js/React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
- Strong TypeScript skills in frontend development.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD practices.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for processing large-scale unstructured data.
- Proven ability to own architecture and design decisions with clear documentation and code quality standards.
- A product-minded mindset with a track record of shipping complex web applications.
- Hands-on experience with ML/NLP technologies — including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF — and deploying ML components in production is a strong plus.
- Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: €90,000 – €200,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
LOCATION
This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany. No remote option is available.
