Our platform integrates deeply with enterprise ERP and CRM systems and is already trusted by dozens of businesses across sectors like HVAC, Electrical, and Building Materials.
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build AI systems end-to-end. This is a high-agency, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks like a founder, and takes pride in shipping production-quality software that customers love.

- Collaborate with a product-focused engineering team across the full stack.
- Build robust data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.
- Deploy and manage software in cloud environments, ensuring reliability and scale.
- Make the backend scalable, stable, and performant.
- Develop reusable frontend components and well-structured API layers.
- Write clean, maintainable code backed by sensible testing strategies.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong TypeScript skills in frontend development.
- Demonstrated product-minded mindset with a track record of shipping complex web applications.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs and API structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for large-scale unstructured data.
- Ability to own architecture and design decisions with clear documentation and code quality standards.
- Solid testing experience, including unit and integration test strategies.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with ML/NLP technologies, including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF, and deploying ML components in production.
- Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production environments.
Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany without sponsorship.
