Engineering Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the engineering team at a fast-growing Series B EdTech startup and work on real, user-facing product features for an AI-powered learning platform used by millions of students worldwide. You'll collaborate directly with experienced engineers across both frontend and backend, gaining hands-on exposure to a modern, production-grade tech stack.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and ship product features end-to-end, contributing to both frontend and backend codebases.

• Work with large language models (LLMs) to help power AI-driven study and tutoring features.

• Write and maintain backend services in Golang, backed by PostgreSQL and deployed on AWS with Kubernetes.

• Develop cross-platform mobile UI using Flutter and Riverpod.

• Collaborate closely with senior engineers in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong programming fundamentals across both frontend and backend development.

• Familiarity with or genuine interest in some of the core stack: Flutter, Golang, PostgreSQL, AWS.

• Fluent in English; German is a bonus.

• Authorized to work in Germany or the United Kingdom — no visa sponsorship is available.

• Able to work on-site in Berlin or London.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: €48,000 annually. No visa sponsorship provided.
