ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a foundational Growth Engineer role at a fast-moving, early-stage AI-powered CRM and Go-to-Market (GTM) SaaS company based in Seattle, WA. You'll partner directly with the founding team to build experiences that power marketing, sales, and customer success — blending hands-on engineering with growth experimentation to scale internal processes and product-led initiatives.

If you love building, tinkering, and operating at the intersection of engineering and business operations, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and develop high-quality software; drive architectural decisions and own the full product delivery lifecycle.
  • Work closely with company leadership to scope, build, deploy, and optimize MarTech, RevTech, SalesOps, and generalized Ops tooling internally.
  • Embed across teams, understand how processes and workflows function today, and scale them with engineering.
  • Establish standards and best practices for growth engineering across the organization.
  • Build and iterate on tools across the marketing and revenue stack.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building user-facing features.
  • Experience with Next.js and Node.js in production applications.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and basic data modeling.
  • Prior experience at a startup or early-stage company; comfort operating with ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sanity CMS or an equivalent headless CMS.
  • Experience building scalable front-end architectures and optimizing performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Experience designing and running experiments to measure impact and drive data-informed decisions.
  • An experimentation mindset with a bias toward shipping and learning quickly.

Experience level: ~4–6 years of relevant engineering experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base salary: Starting from $180,000 USD annually (final offer commensurate with experience).
  • Early-stage equity opportunity.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington, United States. Candidates should expect regular in-office presence.
