Join the AI revolution. We’re building an all-in-one AI platform to help teams do their best work and automate every routine task you can think of. We’re looking for problem-solvers to turn powerful AI into an easy, no-code tool for teams everywhere.

We’re now hiring a Customer Engineer to strengthen the technical side of our team. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems directly with customers. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams, supporting customer-facing initiatives - from discovery and prototyping to onboarding and feedback loops. Your goal will be to ensure technical clarity, credibility, and success across the customer journey.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical counterpart to enterprise customers - helping to understand requirements, define solutions, and map them to our product capabilities.
  • Support technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions in collaboration with Sales and Product.
  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proofs of concept (PoCs). Translate complex customer needs into product configurations or implementation approaches.
  • Act as a feedback bridge between the field and our Engineering team - reporting product gaps, technical blockers, and usability issues.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by assisting with integrations, APIs, and infrastructure alignment.
  • Maintain relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer side, including engineering and IT/security teams.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, reusable code snippets, and solution templates.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on customer use cases, deployment patterns, and implementation lessons learned.

Core Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing, process-oriented technical role - e.g., business analyst, solutions/implementation consultant, or technical project coordinator - ideally within a software development, IT consulting, or SaaS company.
  • Understanding of APIs and integration concepts, comfortable reading API documentation, testing endpoints, and explaining integration patterns to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong process and systems thinking - comfortable mapping complex, cross-functional workflows and spotting where automation or AI can simplify them.
  • Exposure to AI/ML systems and tooling - either through implementation or integration work.
  • Experience delivering technical PoCs, proof-of-value projects, or integration pilots with enterprise clients.
  • Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking abilities - comfortable navigating complex IT and data environments.
  • Clear communicator, able to articulate technical topics to both internal and external teams.
  • Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment with frequent cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for customer sessions or events.

This is not a pre-sales role in the traditional sense - it’s a hands-on, engineering-driven position, focused on helping customers succeed with complex technical integrations and real-world deployment of AI systems.

If you're an engineer who wants to work closely with customers and influence product direction based on real-world needs, we’d like to hear from you.
