At Rehire, we are partnering with a rapidly growing organization to find a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer III to lead enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics initiatives. This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, solution architecture, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Lead complex application development projects from design through deployment.
  • Define solution architecture and integration strategies.
  • Build integrations with enterprise applications and cloud services.
  • Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and long-term technology planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to design scalable technical solutions.
  • Review code and ensure development standards and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the Microsoft Dynamics environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise Microsoft Dynamics projects.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics architecture and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).

About the Position

· Location: The Colony, TX (100% On-site).

· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST Time Zone).

· Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire.
