Senior Full-Stack Developer Experience: 3–5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, and Python , along with proven experience in application performance tuning and code optimization . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java and Python . Build responsive and efficient frontend applications using JavaScript . Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks across the application stack. Perform code optimization, performance tuning, and debugging to improve application speed, scalability, and reliability. Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective fixes. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and performance best practices. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong hands-on expertise in
Java JavaScript Python Proven experience in application performance tuning and code optimization . Strong understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and web application architecture. Good understanding of frontend development concepts and JavaScript frameworks/libraries. Experience with databases, SQL, and database query optimization. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience working with Git/version control systems . Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a development team.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes . Knowledge of application monitoring and performance profiling tools.
