About the Role The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, enterprise systems, and end-user support, and will play a key role in ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, operations, HR, and leadership teams to support business continuity, optimize IT systems, and implement best practices in IT governance and security.
This position reports to the Director of Finance and will help shape internal IT infrastructure and policies as Doodle Labs continues to scale. You will provide IT support across a globally distributed team, including users in Singapore, the United States, and Europe, requiring coordination across time zones and occasional off-hours support.
