Senior AI/ML Engineer
Senior AI/ML Engineer for GenAI/LLM solution development, including RAG and agent workflows.
PURPOSE : We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI / LLM Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building end-to-end GenAI systems, including LLM-based applications, prompt engineering pipelines, RAG architectures, and multi-step autonomous agent workflows. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, practical experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to integrate APIs, vector databases, and external tools to build scalable and reliable AI systems.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or related software engineering roles. Hands-on experience building at least one end-to-end GenAI or LLM-based project. Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LLM orchestration frameworks. Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures. Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices. Basic knowledge of ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning). Strong logical reasoning and debugging capabilities. Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.

GenAI Solution Development : Design, develop, and optimize GenAI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models, etc.).
