We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving small law firms, and we’re hiring a Web Engineer who can build, fix, improve, and maintain websites without turning every technical issue into a five-act drama. This role is for someone who can jump from a WordPress update to a DNS issue to a landing page build to a mysterious plugin conflict without losing the thread, the file path, or their will to live. Think Q from James Bond , Scotty from Star Trek , and Roy from The IT Crowd asking whether we’ve cleared the cache before clients start panicking.

) See? We absolutely need your help. We’re looking for someone comfortable in WordPress, confident with front-end code, and resourceful enough to solve problems when the answer is buried somewhere between a support forum from 2017, a browser console error, and a very confident AI response that’s almost helpful.

You should enjoy building clean, functional websites, troubleshooting weird errors, improving performance, supporting accessibility, and working with designers, content coordinators, writers, account managers, and SEO strategists to make sure the final product works the way it should. We also want someone who can use AI tools thoughtfully to improve workflow, troubleshoot faster, test ideas, and create better systems without letting the robots drive the bus.

If you love clean code, responsive websites, smooth launches, good documentation, and the satisfaction of fixing the thing everyone else has been staring at for 45 minutes, let’s talk! Job Details Build, update, troubleshoot, and maintain client websites across multiple platforms. Develop and customize WordPress websites using theme builders, plugins, and custom code.
