Health plans review clinical evidence against medical policy before care gets approved, often relying on nurses reading PDFs. Our platform reads policies and clinical records, producing decisions clinicians can audit. We're ~45 people in New York and recently raised $40M, bringing us to $64M total, from Sequoia, NEA, Neo, FPV, Kinnevik, and founders of DeepMind, Google AI, and Inflection.

Role

Members of Technical Staff handle everything from system design to production: designing backend services, scaling AWS, debugging, scoping integrations, or evaluating LLM-powered systems. You'll set technical direction and mentor engineers.
