Job Title Avionics Technical Support Engineer – Aftermarket

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support for a range of avionics systems, including flight recorders, electronic standby instruments, SATCOM, TCAS, and TAWS. This role is well-suited for candidates with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving who want to build deeper expertise in aviation technology.

As part of the technical support organization, you will assist customers with troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational guidance while collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product performance. The role also emphasizes the use of automation and AI to improve field service outcomes, including faster diagnostics, smarter maintenance workflows, and automated reporting, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on reducing repeat issues and improving uptime, quality, and response time.
