Job Title Senior Associate, Systems Engineer - Aftermarket

Position Summary Acron Aviation is seeking a Systems Engineer to support aftermarket engineering activities across our avionics portfolio, including Surveillance Systems, Flight Recorders, and Electronic Flight Displays. This role serves as a key technical resource supporting both Engineering and Repair & Overhaul (R&O) operations by maintaining and enhancing automated test systems, repair stations, and driving product sustainment initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with repair technicians, test engineers, manufacturing engineering, and product line leaders to improve troubleshooting effectiveness, reduce turnaround time, increase first-pass yield, and ensure the long-term supportability of deployed avionics products.
