Deep Webforms, jQuery, and SQL Server expertise is increasingly scarce, and here it is valued rather than treated as a liability. If you have it, there are very few places where it carries this much weight. As a Staff Software Engineer you will own significant functional areas end to end — design, implementation, test coverage, and production accountability. You will diagnose the hard problems, the ones that have defeated other people, across the application and down into the database.
You will set engineering standards, lead code reviews, and mentor engineers. And you will have real input into how and in what order this platform evolves, including where modernization makes sense and where stability is worth more. NET exposure · Azure · API design · CI/CD · payroll, benefits, or HCM domain knowledge · legacy modernization experience. The schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Not a night shift — your final hours overlap the start of the US East Coast working day. Your mornings are your own.
