The Electronics & Test Systems Engineer reports to the Team Leader of Hardware in Engineering & Consulting in Poland and will contribute to the execution of international projects in the areas of Medical, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Electronics and Aerospace & Defense test systems.

Responsibilities Designing custom Printed Circuit Boards in accordance to the project requirements Designing measurement circuits for automated test stations Preparing technical documentation for PCBs and test & measurement solutions, including schematics, layouts and choosing suitable components Integrating designed solutions into larger test systems Supporting assembly technicians with advice and assistance Supporting colleagues worldwide with your expertise Graduate: minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Experienced: minimum work experience - 5 years as an Electronics/PCB/Electrical Engineer, Test System Architect or similar; experience in an international environment is an asset Skills: PCB design (Altium); knowledgeable of measurement equipment and technology (DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Data Acquisition modules, signal analyzers), digital communication interfaces, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Ms Word, Excel, PPT) Languages: Fluent in Polish; English required at least at B2; knowledge of German or French will be an asset Open-minded and eager to take on technical challenges Customer focused Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy Highly organized and flexible High sense of ownership Sense of initiative What's in it for you Diverse, supportive, and growth-oriented environment Collaboration opportunities with teams across Europe and globally Professional development opportunities Private healthcare with comprehensive coverage Flexible working hours Recognition programs Averna powered by Spherea is committed to employment equity and to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
