In this role, you will help set and maintain high quality standards for all website updates and releases. You will create test plans, test scripts, and process documents. You will work with teams across the company to run and verify test cases, based on quality requirements, and suggest improvements when needed.

Your work will make sure each release meets quality standards, works correctly, and is easy for users to navigate. We are looking for someone with experience testing consumer-facing websites. The Web Team manages the main marketing website, and you will work as part of a scrum team focused on delivering high‑quality work that meets business needs.

Responsibilities

); Sitecore experience is highly preferred Strong technical skills to create and run test scripts for a wide variety of scenarios such as smoke, functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing (but not limited to these) Hands on experience with cross-browser testing Knowledge of test simulation tools (Lambdatest experience preferred) QA testing experience in an Agile development environment Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools is preferred Must work EST time zones.
