Expected skill set(Top 5 must to have skills in the order of priority): Advanced Python Proficiency: Exceptional experience with modern Python development, its libraries, and building structured CLI/backend services.
OOPs & Design Patterns
Strong mastery of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, Design Patterns, and design principles (such as SOLID).
Testing Frameworks
Expert-level knowledge of writing unit tests and utilizing test tools like PyTest for test automation.
Version Control & CI/CD
Hands-on experience with GIT workflows (branching, merging, pull requests) and build automation tools like Jenkins.
Architectural Code Generation
• Basic understanding of TypeScript or VS Code Extension APIs to easily communicate with frontend developers.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
B. E/ B. Tech E&C, EEE with 8+ yrs. experience in Python based tools development & GenAI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
