com We are seeking a Senior Platform & DevOps Engineer to support a strategic initiative focused on reducing technical debt, increasing automation, and standardizing enterprise integration platforms.

0 operating model Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to improve deployment and operational processes Support ITSM and ServiceNow process design and optimization 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Middleware Engineering Strong experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline design for middleware platforms Hands-on experience with Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks Experience with MFT/MOVEit administration and deployment Experience with Informatica and MDM Hub administration and deployment Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills Excellent English communication skills Nice to Have Managed File Transfer (MFT) security practices.
