We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Retail Platform Operations team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the core platforms that support our engineering community. This is an exciting opportunity to combine platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation and developer enablement in a highly collaborative environment. You'll work with modern technologies including Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub and ArgoCD, helping to create secure, self-service platforms that enable teams to innovate at pace.

Alongside your technical expertise, you'll have the opportunity to mentor others, influence engineering best practice and drive continuous improvement across our technology landscape. What you'll be doing

Ansible) Proven track record (5+ years) in DevOps, Platform or Cloud Engineering roles, contributing to shared platforms and working across cross-functional teams Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor engineers, promote automation-first and self-service approaches, and drive continuous improvement in Agile environments Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
