We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain backend services and automation workflows supporting CRM, lead routing, and AI-assisted sales development. This role combines Java or Python backend engineering with REST API, webhook, Salesforce integration, and CRM automation work in an enterprise environment. Enterprise experience strongly preferred. Two remote contract openings are available. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain backend services, microservices, and automation workflows using Java or Python.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs and webhook-driven workflows. - Develop and maintain Salesforce platform and API integrations. - Support Salesforce Omni-Channel, lead assignment, and related routing workflows. - Build and maintain CRM automation and lead-routing solutions. - Support AI-assisted sales-development automation, including system-user configuration, scheduling integration, and webhook-based routing. - Contribute to an existing enterprise go-to-market data platform codebase.

- Work within agile sprints and manage assigned work through a Jira backlog. Must-Have Skills: - 5+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience. - Strong backend engineering experience with Java or Python. - Hands-on REST API integration experience. - Hands-on webhook development experience. - Salesforce platform development or Salesforce API integration experience. - Experience with CRM automation and lead-routing systems. - Familiarity with agile delivery and Jira. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Salesforce Apex experience.

- Calendly API experience. - Experience building AI-assisted sales tooling. Required Tools & Platforms: - Java or Python. - REST APIs. - Webhooks. - Salesforce. - Jira. Location, Time & Engagement: - Remote contract opportunity. - Open to candidates located in LATAM only. m. m. S.
