Senior Network Engineer – Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)
Do you have a strong background in network administration, hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, and enjoy designing and troubleshooting complex network and security solutions? Then this could be the role for you! Tieto is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, configure, implement, and operate complex network and security solutions, troubleshoot network environments, and ensure their performance, reliability, and security.
You will work with LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and NGFW technologies while supporting customers and on-site engineers.
1X, OSPF, and BGP Solid understanding of TCP/IP stack protocols, including DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, and ICMP Hands-on experience with wireless services, including deployment and troubleshooting Good understanding of VPN solutions and encryption services Experience with network monitoring tools and a strong understanding of network protocols Ability to quickly investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex network problems Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher Will be an advantage Cisco CCNP Enterprise certification Fortinet NSE 4 certification Check Point CCSA certification Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP public cloud environments AZ-700 certification or equivalent Experience with Meraki cloud deployments Automation skills with Python, Bash scripting, APIs, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies We offer We offer you professional growth, meaningful projects, open culture, and an outstanding work-life balance!
