The Role Adarga is growing its Platform Engineering team and we’re looking for a Platform Engineer to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their their platform or DevOps skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll work alongside experienced platform and software engineers, learning modern DevOps practices used to maintain a containerised microservices architecture. Our product is cloud native and highly automated – but there’s always more to build, improve and optimise.
You’ll receive committed mentoring from an experienced team while making a genuine contribution to production systems that matter. Your days will be dynamic: a mixture of development, learning, and supporting our product releases. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and have a clear path toward increased responsibility and personal growth.

Team Interview
You’ll meet with your potential team members who will take a deeper dive into the technical aspects of the role. Expect some high-level technical questions, competency-based questions, and another chance to ask questions.
Technical Interview
You’ll work with your potential team members on technical questions and challenges. This will be a collaborative session – we’re interested in how you think and approach problems, not whether you have all the answers.
Final Interview
The last stage!
