Senior Security Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls and countermeasures Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and best practices Collaborate with the SecOps team and other departments to ensure security is integrated into processes and systems Drive the adoption of security tools, processes, and automation across the organization Develop and maintain the organization's security policies and procedures Perform security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing Lead incident response and investigation efforts in case of security breaches or incidents Ensure the organization's security practices and systems are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards Develop and maintain security-related documentation and knowledge-base articles Mentor and guide junior SecOps engineers in their professional development Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SecOps team's processes and tools Stay current with emerging security technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate Minimum of 3 years of experience in security engineering, cloud infrastructure, or a similar field.
Strong understanding of security principles and industry best practices Proven experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption Experience with scripting languages and development frameworks Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies In-depth knowledge of security regulations and industry standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in leading and mentoring security engineering teams π Benefits and perks: We believe our people are our greatest strength.
