As a mandatory requirement, you must have the right to work in Warsaw. You will be required to provide supporting documentation. You must be a Polish citizen, an EU member citizen, a permanent resident or have a relevant work permit/ Visa in order to be considered for this position. This is an onsite position. You are required to work onsite during core business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 hours per day) at our office in Warsaw. So you shall be based in the Warsaw area or you are within commuting distance to our office.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Excellent written communication skills (especially in the English language) Ability to break down existing and proposed game systems and features, turning them into executable test cases and test scenarios Static and Dynamic Testing of existing and future game systems, mechanics and features. Ability to shift perspective between different user types and development team Critical thinking, edge and corner cases identification.
Risk identification and systemic understanding, including reasoning and justification Knowledge sharing, through mentoring and documentation preparation The ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Primary responsibilities: Collaborate with the QA team, designers and engineers to understand interdependencies of game systems, mechanics and player experience Design, create and maintain cross-system test cases and scenarios covering assigned game areas Assist in the prioritization process of test cases execution.
Participate in Test Plan preparation and review. Assess the Test Strategy in collaboration with QA Leads and QA Manager Take part in features deep-dives, documentation and requirements analysis, edge/corner cases and quality gaps identification. Execute test cases and scenarios in a timely, efficient manner, ensuring maximal coverage. Collaborate with automation engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation and provide necessary inputs for test automation scripts.
Continuously monitor and track the status of test execution, defects, and test coverage, reporting any deviations or risks to relevant stakeholders. Develop risks awareness amongst the team members Own and improve QA processes in assigned area(s) Work closely with QA Testers to clarify test case execution details and provide guidance on test scenarios and expected results. Mentor other members of the team in form of knowledge sharing and documentation preparation.

Game Testing experience Passion or interest in MMORPG Experience with Security testing/ fuzzing tools Experience with Performance/Stress testing tools and methodologies Experience with Accessibility testing Experience with Certification Testing and/or Lot Checks Experience with testing tools like fiddler, netmon, etc. Experience with bug tracking systems like ADO, JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
