Architectural Delivery: Collaborating to design and deliver robust end-to-end backend subsystems, ensuring code is modular, maintainable, and built to scale.
Quality & Security
Championing high standards through constructive peer reviews, establishing defensive application security measures, and guiding thoughtful testing strategies across unit and service levels.
Consulting & Communication
Translating complex technical choices into clear, accessible language for clients and stakeholders, building strong, trusting relationships.
Mentorship & Practice Growth
Nurturing the growth of junior colleagues through encouraging feedback, while contributing fresh industry ideas to Waracle’s collective knowledge base.
Delivery Accountability
Balancing speed and quality thoughtfully to ensure the successful, sustainable delivery of features.
What you'll bring
We know that excellent software engineering is built on diverse perspectives. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in backend development who values collaboration just as much as technical excellence. A proven track record of contributing to the delivery of complex digital products. NET C# . Familiarity or experience with modern cloud tools and patterns, such as Azure, Durable Functions, Event sourcing, SQL, and Docker . A strong understanding of SOLID principles , maintainability, and industry-standard security practices.
