We're looking for a Generalist Talent Partner to join Chapter 2 on a contract basis, partnering with one of our global clients in the aviation and technology sector. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent across a broad range of business functions.

What we're looking for
7+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience. Strong generalist hiring experience across multiple business functions. Proven stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Experience working in-house, embedded/RPO, or within a fast-paced agency environment. Someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
