Huawei Heisenberg Research Center (Munich) is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products. Hardware engineering & Antenna Lab are an integrated research organizations in Munich responsible for advanced technical research, architecture for basestation antenna systems. In addition, this research center plays a leading role in defining technology strategy for next generation- 6G - active and passive base station antenna systems, identifying technology gaps and driving research to close them, delivering specific solutions for the next generation network.

Senior Antenna System Engineer (m/f/d) Your mission Develop and design innovative solutions for future mobile communication antenna systems. Collaborate with a multifunctional engineering team to analyze RAN systems, find concepts, and create engineering prototypes. Adapt and integrate solutions from other industries to enhance antenna systems. Your areas of expertise Bachelor’s or higher degree in RF Engineering; a PhD is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in antenna RF system engineering.
Proven expertise in antenna in RAN system analysis and massive MIMO antenna systems. Deep understanding of cellular antenna systems and complex wireless system architectures. , CST). Familiar with RF measurement systems. Familiar with C/C++ and/or Python is a plus. Machine Learning methods is a plus. Fluent in English with excellent intercultural communication skills.
