1C Developer– Senior
Senior 1C Developer at SOFTSWISS building internal ERP, 5+ years 1C 8 experience, REST APIs, AI tools, Russian B2 required.
Overview SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an experienced 1C Developer to join the development of our internal ERP product. You will become part of a strong team of senior 1C developers, working on a complex internal system that supports key business processes across the company. Purpose of the role In this role, you will contribute to the full development cycle of our internal ERP product, from analyzing requirements and designing technical solutions to development, optimization, testing, and rollout.
You will work on improving the existing architecture and functionality, developing new modules, and solving complex integration and business challenges.
The role also offers the opportunity to experiment with modern AI tools in everyday development and occasionally work directly with business stakeholders and end users to better understand their needs and turn them into effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
Participate in the development, support, and optimization of the internal ERP product Design and implement new modules and technical solutions Refactor and improve existing functionality and architecture Work closely with senior 1C developers, contribute to technical discussions, and share knowledge and best practices within the team Use and experiment with AI tools for requirements analysis, development, code review, testing, and other engineering activities Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems Communicate with business stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and support application rollouts Required Experience: 5+ years of commercial development experience with the 1C 8 platform, including Managed Forms and Web Client Strong knowledge of standard 1C platform objects Solid practical knowledge of the Standard Subsystems Library, SSL, and its core principles and components Good understanding of database architecture and ACID principles Experience in financial reporting development Practical experience with REST API integrations Strong analytical and problem solving skills Hands on experience using AI tools in development or analysis, or strong interest in actively experimenting with them Ability to read and write technical documentation in English Russian at Upper Intermediate level or higher, both spoken and written Nice to have: Experience developing custom 1C applications from scratch Experience working on large scale enterprise projects Experience communicating directly with end users, gathering business requirements, and providing application support or consulting Our Benefits: Full-time work opportunities Private insurance An additional Day Off (1) per calendar year Sports program compensation Comprehensive Mental Health Programme Free online English lessons with native speakers Generous referral program Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events
